We understand tuition rates are an important factor when deciding on a school.
Sound Christian Academy is committed to making Christian education affordable. We want to help your family discover if our school is a good fit and then work with you to make the numbers add up.

Families may pay the annual tuition at one time or set up a monthly payment plan in FACTS.

  • Preschool 3s: $3,300
  • Pre-Kindergarten 4s: $6,600
  • Kindergarten-5th grade: $8,100
  • 6th-8th grade: $9,300
  • 9th-12th grade: $10,200

NEW STUDENT APPLICATION FEE

  • Preschool/Pre-K – $35
  • Elementary – $50
  • Middle school – $65
  • High school – $80

REGISTRATION FEES

  • Preschool - Pre-K  – $150
  • Elementary – $200
  • Middle school  – $225
  • High school – $250

What does the Student Services fee cover?

(This list is not limited to the following items, however it is a small representation of a number of  benefits)
  • Auction contribution
  • Field trip transportation
  • Outdoor school
  • HS retreat
  • Back to school T-shirt
  • Yearbook
  • AP class instructor fee
  • Lab fees
  • Technology fees (i.e. - digital photography)
  • Art fees
  • Terra Nova testing
  • PSAT testing
  • ASB card that admits SCA students into home games (excluding playoffs).

  • Annual paid-in-full discounts
    • 6% by March 31
    • 4% by May 31
    • 2% by August 15
  • Ministry – 25%
  • Military - 10%
  • Single parent – 10%
  • Multiple-child – based on family size

Discounts apply to tuition only and are not applied to Student Service Fees or Optional Program Fees. Multiple discounts are not awarded.

In order to determine eligibility to receive financial assistance, families can start the process after submitting an application for admission.

Apply online at online.factsmgt.com/aid.

The priority deadline for returning families to apply for assistance is May 1.

The amount awarded is 0% - 40% (to include any multiple-child discount) and is applied to tuition only.

Who Is Eligible to Receive the Family Referral Reward?  

Currently enrolled families, faculty, and staff are eligible.
How Does It Work? All enrolled SCA families who refer a new family that enrolls and attends for the 2021-2022 school year receives $1,000 to be applied to their school account in the Fall ($500) and Spring ($500) semesters.
All families must remain enrolled and in good standing for the school year to be eligible for the discount.
