True to its mission and values, our school has a heart for those who serve and are being served. Evidence of this is our commitment to provide faculty and staff with tuition remission, as well as military and ministry discounts, and general student need based financial aid.
To help offset these important allowances we have a goal of raising $350,000 for 2022-23.
Breakfast of SCA Champions brings together supporters for a fun, engaging and edifying meal with an opportunity to hear from students, faculty and staff on the impact of a Christian education.
In the future, please join us for a full breakfast, networking event and brief program as we hear how SCA has changed their lives.

In 2021, the event was held at the Silver Cloud Hotel at Point Ruston. It was a success that raised $30,000 to help further Christian education.
Champions heard from students and faculty on why Christian education is important to them and how it has impacted their lives.
As a champion of Christian education, attendees were instrumental in shaping the students and culture of our school.
Donors were given the opportunity to make a one-time tax-deductible donation and/or monthly pledge. For the cost of one latte per day, two bi-monthly work lunches, or one monthly business dinner, givers helped ensure we can continue to provide spiritual development and quality education for generations to come.
Sound Christian Academy (SCA), is a private Christian multi-denominational K-12 school serving South Tacoma, WA for over 60 years. Established in 1960 as Tacoma Baptist Schools and transformed in 2021, SCA provides quality, affordable, Biblically-based education in a grace-filled, nurturing environment.
